These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern access to and use of the SightPrice service, a SaaS price-monitoring solution for hospitality professionals, published by SightPrice (hereinafter "the Publisher").
Access to the service is reserved for professionals with a valid account. Registration requires a valid professional email address and a secure password. Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
SightPrice is a price-monitoring service that lets hoteliers track the public prices of their competitors. Rates are collected via Google Hotels, which aggregates prices displayed on the platforms where competing hotels are listed (official website, Booking.com, Expedia, and others). The service notably includes:
SightPrice offers several subscription plans (Free, Pro, Agency) whose features and prices are detailed on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, with no commitment.
When cancelled, a subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the period already started. No cancellation fees apply. At the end of the paid period, the account automatically switches to the Free plan.

All components of the SightPrice service (source code, design, trademark, data) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
The Publisher strives to ensure maximum service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur, particularly during maintenance or technical incidents.
SightPrice provides data for informational purposes only. The Publisher cannot be held liable for pricing decisions made by the user on the basis of data provided by the service.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, in one click, from their account (Settings > Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: access to the service is maintained until that date, with no further billing. No cancellation fees apply. After that date, the account automatically switches to the Free plan and data is retained.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to comply with these ToS.
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution before any court action. Failing that, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
